Participation constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Current (Gibraltar) Limited EARN'Mopoly Promotion (the “EARN'Mopoly Promotion”) begins at the applicable times and dates set forth on the EARN'Mopoly Promotion offer page (as defined herein) ("EARN'Mopoly Promotion Period"). The EARN'Mopoly Promotion is sponsored by Current (Gibraltar) Limited (the “Sponsor”), 57/63 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar MX11 1AA. 

ELIGIBILITY

The EARN'Mopoly Promotion is open to residents of any country which permits such promotions who have attained the age of majority in his or her country, state, or territory of residence as of the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and members of the immediate family (mother, father, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion. Participation constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. 

HOW TO ENTER

During the EARN'Mopoly Promotion Period eligible participants are invited to participate in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion via the EARN’M website at https://www.earnm.com/earnmopoly. After clicking the specified link, you will be directed to the website of our partner, Wonderverse XYZ, Inc. (“Wonderverse Website”), where you will be directed to complete a user profile in order to register for the Promotion. For registration, participants must provide a valid email address.  Further, in order to accrue more EARN’mopoly Promotion points, participants may be asked to provide and connect both a cryptocurrency wallet address and an X (f/k/a Twitter) account.

How To Accrue Points in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion:

• Participants will participate by completing tasks specified by the Sponsor
• Each completed task shall specify how many EARN'Mopoly Promotion Points a participant shall earn for the task.
• On the EARN'Mopoly Promotion landing page on the Wonderverse Website, participants will have real-time access to the EARN’Mopoly Promotion Leaderboard.
• At the end of the EARN’Mopoly Promotion Period, winners will be determined based on their respective position on the leaderboard.

Any personally identifiable information collected by the Sponsor during an participant's participation in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion may be used by Sponsor, its respective affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the EARN'Mopoly Promotion as described in these Official Rules. By participating in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the EARN'Mopoly Promotion. 

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS

The winners from EARN'Mopoly Promotion leaderboard will be contacted within three (3) weeks from the end of the EARN'Mopoly Promotion Period. All winners will be contacted by the email address that they provided on the Wondervrse Website when they register.

PRIZES

The prizes will be awarded at the end of the EARN'Mopoly Promotion Period to EARN'Mopoly Promotion Winners as follows:

• 1st through 20th Place: The Top 20 leaders on the EARN'Mopoly Promotion leaderboard will have their choice to select any of the 20 grand prizes listed on the EARN'Mopoly Promotion landing page.  Similar to a “draft,” the participant in 1st Place on the leaderboard will have the first pick and the picks shall continue until the participant in 20th Place makes the final selection.  Although we have made efforts to frame each prize on the EARN'Mopoly Promotion landing page as accurately as possible, the overall spirit of the EARN'Mopoly Promotion is lighthearted and four (4) of the prizes may be considered “zonk” prizes.  Accordingly, participants should weigh this and choose prizes at their own risk. 
• The Next 4,786 Participants: The next 4,786 players receive a coveted Whitelist spot for the SmartNodes NFT Collection and likewise eligibility to receive the Genesis EarnPhone™.
• The Next 37,383 Participants: The next 37,383 leaders on the EARN'Mopoly Promotion leaderboard will receive access to a Mega Mystery Box Airdrop 
• All other participants will receive a Free $EARNM Airdrop, which shall occur during the $EARNM Token Generation Event.

$EARNM AIRDROP REWARDS DISTRIBUTION

$EARNM Airdrop rewards will be distributed to winners using our new DropBox collection, an upgrade of the asset our users love — the Mystery Box. This new collection was created using our Fractal Box protocol, specifically for the EARN'Mopoly campaign.

The $EARNM tokens are housed within the $EARNM DropBoxes. These user-friendly DropBoxes can be easily accessed through unique codes, which will be directly shared with the participants of the EARN'Mopoly social game. Users can reveal their codes to access their DropBoxes on the EARN'M dApp at https://app.earnm.com.

Each user can redeem the $EARNM tokens inside their DropBoxes at any time. However, to add another layer of anticipation, strategy, and gamification to EARN'Mopoly, the total number of tokens will be subject to daily vesting for a period of up to four years and are based on a $500M FDV. So, what's the gamification, and what do you get at TGE?

The main difference between DropBoxes and Mystery Boxes is their transferability; they can be sold at any time. This allows for the creation of a secondary market to support the demand for these assets, including the $EARNM within their DropBox assets.

At any point in time, every user who wants to claim their $EARNM tokens by burning their DropBoxes will be allowed to do so, depending on the current vested value of their assets. However, if more value is sought, these boxes can be sold to other individuals willing to pay for the future unlocked value of the asset.

PRIZE VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS

If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winners cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if a potential recipient is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be drawn (e.g., if a participant in the Top 20 on the leaderboard does not claim her prize, the 21st Place participant will be moved up to 20th Place). The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. By accepting a prize, the recipient agrees to release the Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer of a prize will be permitted. All prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the prize or receipt of the prize. If a prize winner wins a U.S. Dollar equivalent in USD of $600 or more from the Sponsor within a calendar year they will be required to fill out, sign and return a W-9 form and disclose his/her social security number for the purpose of issuance of a 1099 Form for tax purposes (if winners are not residents of the United States, they will be required to fill out the equivalent tax form of the country of their residence). This form will need to be provided to the Sponsor before a prize winner can receive any additional prizes. If this form is not provided within 7 days of prize notification the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

EARN’M COINS

By accepting a prize that includes EARN'M Coins you hereby acknowledge, represent and warrant that: 

you have sufficient understanding of the functionality, usage, storage, transmission mechanisms and intricacies associated with EARN'M Coins and cryptocurrencies in general; 

• you shall not use EARN'M Coins to finance, engage in, or otherwise support any unlawful activities; 
• you acknowledge that Sponsor is not a custodian, broker or dealer of EARN'M Coins and you acknowledge that, in order to claim your EARN'M Coins, you will be directed to a licensed third-party custodian and/or broker-dealer to do so;
• receiving EARN'M Coins is not unlawful or prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction (“Restricted Jurisdiction”) or under the laws of any other jurisdiction to which you may be subject; 
• you are not a citizen of or resident or domiciled in a Restricted Jurisdiction, nor are you an entity (including, but not limited to, any company or partnership) incorporated, established or registered in or under the laws of a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• you are not a citizen of or resident or domiciled in a jurisdiction where buying, selling, receiving, earning or holding cryptocurrencies is prohibited by law; 
• you are not the subject of any sanctions administered or enforced by any country, government or international authority nor are you resident or established (in the case of a corporate entity) in a country or territory that is the subject of a country-wide or territory-wide sanction imposed by any country or government or international authority;
• you will comply with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction arising from your acquisition, storage, sale or transfer of the EARN'M Coin; 
• you understand that the EARN'M Coin should not be considered investments of any type, including but not limited to, any form of currency or security, and the Participant should not expect profits of any type from acquiring the EARN'M Coin nor acquire the EARN'M Coin for any type of investment purposes; 
• you understand that you bear the sole responsibility to determine if obtainment of the EARN'M Coin, use of the EARN'M Coin and the potential appreciation or depreciation in the value of the EARN'M Coin over time, the sale and purchase of the EARN'M Coin and/or any other action or transaction related to the Project have tax implications for you; and
• all of the above representations and warranties are true, complete, accurate and non-misleading from the time of acceptance of EARN’M Coins. 

GENERAL

By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, recipient grants to the Sponsor its parent, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the recipient’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. 

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS EARN'MOPOLOY PROMOTION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES. 

By participating, participants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this EARN'Mopoly Promotion or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize(s). Winners acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize.

INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

If for any reason this EARN'Mopoly Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the EARN'Mopoly Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the EARN'Mopoly Promotion in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion or downloading any materials in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

USE OF DATA

All information submitted by participants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available on its website at https://earnm.com By participating in the EARN'Mopoly Promotion and providing your e-mail address, participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. 

‍DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the EARN'Mopoly Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Gibraltar. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the EARN'Mopoly Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Gibraltar, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Gibraltar.
